Material

V2A chromium nickel steel 1.4301 with K 240 Duplo finish
This material is particularly corrosion resistant to air humidity, water and most acids and alkaline solutions.
Optimum material properties eliminate contamination through negative hygiene factors such as germs,
bacteria, viruses and fungus.

Anodised and powder-coated aluminium
Anodic oxidised (anodised) aluminium has a silver-white sheen. The corrosion resistance is based on a thick, hard, connected and transparent oxide layer with just a few molecule layers, which forms on freshly scarified aluminium within seconds in open air and under water. This resistance to acids and alkaline solutions and corrosion resistance does not endanger food hygiene.
